Terms & Conditions

  1. Each voucher (each a “Voucher”, together the “Vouchers”) entitles the recipient and the stated number of guests (if any) to the experience described on the Voucher at the named location at the Harrods Knightsbridge store only. 
  2. Save where expressly stated, Vouchers are redeemable between 1 December 2021 and 31 December 2022 (“Voucher Period”). 
  3. To redeem a Voucher, customers must book in advance at the named location and quote the unique code on the Voucher.
  4. Bookings are subject to availability and Harrods’ general booking terms and cancellation policies apply. Please ask instore or at the time of booking for full details. Harrods reserves the right to charge customers a fee for cancellations outside of our policy, which may be up to the full value of the Voucher.
  5. Vouchers must be presented upon redemption. No photocopies will be accepted. Vouchers can only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and are non-transferable. We regret that customers are unable to exchange individual Vouchers for any reason. Customers will forfeit any unused Vouchers if not redeemed before the end of the Voucher Period. 
  6. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer (including 10% days). Harrods Rewards members will be able to collect Rewards points upon redemption of each Voucher only (subject to the terms and conditions of the Harrods Rewards programme) but will not be eligible to collect Rewards points on the purchase of the advent calendar.
  7. Customers may be able to upgrade certain elements of a Voucher for an additional fee. All other items ordered, or services received that are not included on the Voucher will be fully chargeable. Please enquire when booking for full details.
  8. Harrods reserves the right to substitute any Voucher (or any element of a Voucher) with an alternative of equal or greater value, including but not limited to where an experience or brand is no longer available at Harrods Knightsbridge. Harrods shall not be liable for any disappointment caused.
  9. Customers may be required to provide proof of age to order or redeem alcoholic beverages.

Restaurants experiences:

  1. Customers must choose from the available options on the set menu (“sample menus” are for illustrative purposes only). 
  2. Please notify reservation staff of any dietary requirements when booking, however customers are advised that substitutions are at the discretion of the restaurant manager and may be subject to a fee. 
  3. All menu items are subject to availability on the day and Harrods shall not be liable for any disappointment caused due to any menu items being unavailable or if we are unable to accommodate any dietary preferences.

Beauty and Wellness experiences:

  1. All elements of a Voucher must be used in a single day by the same customer and any part of the Voucher not used on the day shall be forfeit.
  2. Customers may be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to some of the treatments/services. If for any reason, any treatment/service is not suitable, there may not be an alternative option available.
