Mastercard Gifting - Baccarat Bar T&Cs

  1. This voucher entitles Mastercard cardholders resident in the UK and EU aged 18 and over and the number of guests specified on the voucher (if any) to the experience described on the voucher at the named restaurant at Harrods Knightsbridge. Vouchers are redeemable 72 hours after purchase.
  2. To book the experience, cardholders must sign into their priceless.com account or register for a priceless.com account. To redeem the voucher, customers must book in advance and quote the unique voucher reference number provided at the time of purchase.
  3. Bookings are subject to availability (Sunday-Thursday only) and Harrods’ restaurant cancellation policy (customers will be charged a fee for cancellations on less than 24 hours’ notice or if they fail to show up, which may be up to the full value of the voucher). This voucher must be presented when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted.
  4. To book the experience, cardholders must email reservations@harrods.com or call +44(0)207 225 6800 and state the unique voucher reference number provided at the time of purchase.
  5. Each package requires a 100% payment to confirm the booking. Once booked, packages are refundable within 14 days.
  6. This voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer (including 10% days).
  7. The experience is for a minimum of two persons.
  8. Each experience package includes a cocktail masterclass with a master mixologist at Baccarat Bar in the flagship Harrods store in Knightsbridge with three different cocktails per person.
  9. The experience is subject to availability and provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
  10. Customers may be able to upgrade certain elements of the voucher for an additional fee. All other items ordered that are not included on the voucher will be fully chargeable. Please enquire when booking for full details.
  11. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking, however customers are advised that substitutions are at the discretion of the restaurant manager and may be subject to a fee.
  12. Any element of the voucher not used on the day shall be forfeit. Customers will forfeit the voucher if not redeemed before 28th February 2023 (experience to take place by 30th March 2023).
  13. All menu items are subject to availability on the day and Harrods reserves the right to cancel or substitute any element of the voucher with an alternative of equal or greater value. Harrods shall not be liable for any disappointment caused due to any menu items being unavailable or if we are unable to accommodate any dietary preferences.
  14. Customers may be required to provide proof of age to order or redeem alcoholic beverages.
