1. This voucher entitles the recipient and the number of guests specified on the voucher (if any) to the experience described on the voucher at the named restaurant at Harrods Knightsbridge. Vouchers are redeemable 72 hours after purchase. To redeem the voucher, customers must book in advance and quote the unique voucher code.
2. Bookings are subject to availability and Harrods’ restaurant cancellation policy (customers will be charged a fee for cancellations on less than 24 hours’ notice or if they fail to show up, which may be up to the full value of the voucher). This voucher must be presented when redeeming the experience. No photocopies will be accepted.
3. This voucher can only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and is non-transferable. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer (including 10% days).
4. Customers must choose from the available options on the set menu (“sample menus” are for illustrative purposes only). Customers may be able to upgrade certain elements of the voucher for an additional fee. All other items ordered that are not included on the voucher (or within the set menu) will be fully chargeable. Please enquire when booking for full details.
5. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking, however customers are advised that substitutions are at the discretion of the restaurant manager and may be subject to a fee.
6. Any element of the voucher not used on the day shall be forfeit. Customers will forfeit the voucher if not redeemed before the end of the validity period stated on the voucher.
7. All restaurant bookings are subject to a 12.5% discretionary service charge to the total value of the experience, payable on the day.
8. All menu items are subject to availability on the day and Harrods reserves the right to cancel or substitute any element of the voucher with an alternative of equal or greater value. Harrods shall not be liable for any disappointment caused due to any menu items being unavailable or if we are unable to accommodate any dietary preferences.
9. Customers may be required to provide proof of age to order or redeem alcoholic beverages.

Baccarat Bar

2. Bookings for individual treatments and services stated on the voucher are subject to availability. The voucher cannot be used in connection with an existing booking and cannot be used to redeem against any other goods or services. This voucher must be presented when redeeming the experience.
3. This voucher can only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and is non-transferable. No photocopies will be accepted. The voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer (including 10% days).
4. All treatments and services must be used in a single day by the same customer and any part of the voucher not used on the day shall be forfeit. Customers will forfeit the voucher if not redeemed before the end of the validity period stated on the voucher.
5. General booking terms and cancellation policies apply. Please note that availability of services and facilities may be subject to change in line with government guidance (and Harrods shall not be liable for any disappointment caused).
6. Customers may be able to upgrade certain treatments or services on the voucher for an additional fee. Please ask in-store for further details.
7. Customers may be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to some of the treatments/services. If for any reason, any treatment/service is not suitable, there may not be an alternative option available. 8. Harrods Gift Experience Advent Calendar and Ultimate Salon, Relax & Refresh, Harrods Pamper Day, Afternoon Tea & Townhouse Nails Experiences

1. Each voucher (each a “Voucher”, together the “Vouchers”) entitles the recipient and the stated number of guests (if any) to the experience described on the Voucher at the named location at the Harrods Knightsbridge store only. 
2. Save where expressly stated, Vouchers are redeemable between 1 December 2021 and 31 December 2022 (“Voucher Period”). 
3. To redeem a Voucher, customers must book in advance at the named location and quote the unique code on the Voucher.
4. Bookings are subject to availability and Harrods’ general booking terms and cancellation policies apply. Please ask instore or at the time of booking for full details. Harrods reserves the right to charge customers a fee for cancellations outside of our policy, which may be up to the full value of the Voucher.
5. Vouchers must be presented upon redemption. No photocopies will be accepted. Vouchers can only be redeemed once, cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, and are non-transferable. We regret that customers are unable to exchange individual Vouchers for any reason. Customers will forfeit any unused Vouchers if not redeemed before the end of the Voucher Period. 
6. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer (including 10% days). Harrods Rewards members will be able to collect Rewards points upon redemption of each Voucher only (subject to the terms and conditions of the Harrods Rewards programme) but will not be eligible to collect Rewards points on the purchase of the advent calendar.
7. Customers may be able to upgrade certain elements of a Voucher for an additional fee. All other items ordered, or services received that are not included on the Voucher will be fully chargeable. Please enquire when booking for full details.
8. Harrods reserves the right to substitute any Voucher (or any element of a Voucher) with an alternative of equal or greater value, including but not limited to where an experience or brand is no longer available at Harrods Knightsbridge. Harrods shall not be liable for any disappointment caused.

Restaurants experiences:

Beauty and Wellness experiences:

1. All elements of a Voucher must be used in a single day by the same customer and any part of the Voucher not used on the day shall be forfeit.
2. Customers may be required to complete a medical questionnaire prior to some of the treatments/services. If for any reason, any treatment/service is not suitable, there may not be an alternative option available.
